Learn how to pre-alert your packages in the TEALCA.US customer portal step by step and speed up the receipt of your purchases in Miami.
Shipping your international purchases to Venezuela quickly, affordably and safely is much easier when you know the right tools. At TEALCA.US, we work hard to give you the best logistics to connect your packages from the U.S. with their final destination in Venezuela.
To make your experience seamless and help you avoid setbacks, we've put together this detailed guide where you'll learn how to pre-alert your packages correctly and make the most of our air and ocean shipping services.
1. What is a pre-alert and why does it matter so much?
A pre-alert means notifying our system in advance that a package is on its way to our Miami warehouse, before the domestic carrier (such as FedEx, UPS or USPS) delivers it to our facility.
Benefits of pre-alerting:
- Faster processing: when the package arrives, we already know who it belongs to, which dramatically cuts receiving and inventory times.
- Stronger security: we record the declared value of your merchandise from the very start. Insurance is optional and quoted separately.
- Consolidation control: if you want to group several purchases and ship them together in a single load, ask Customer Service for consolidation when you request your quote.
2. Step by step: how to pre-alert your purchases in the TEALCA.US customer portal
Follow these 3 simple steps in our system:
Log into the platform: go to the Tealca US Customer Portal and sign in with your credentials. In the main menu, click on "Pre-alertas" (Pre-alerts).
Important: If you don't have access to the portal yet, request it by emailing [email protected].

Customer portal. Fill in the purchase details: complete the required basic information:
- Purchase date.
- Store name (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shein, etc.).
- Description of the merchandise.
- Value in U.S. dollars ($USD).

Required form. Enter the REAL tracking number (key point): Make sure you enter the unique tracking number generated by the U.S. carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, Amazon Logistics). Don't enter the purchase order number or the store's order number, since that makes automated identification of the package impossible.

REAL tracking number.
When you click "Guardar/Prealertar" (Save/Pre-alert), your package will be formally registered in our system.
Requirements for cargo processing:
Your cargo must have clear instructions, be invoiced and have the service fee paid before the cutoff time. Any cargo delivered or paid after the batch cutoff is automatically processed on the next departure.
It's the notice you register in our system to let us know a package is on its way to our Miami warehouse, before the carrier delivers it.
The tracking number generated by the U.S. carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, Amazon Logistics). The store's order number won't let us identify your package.
