The estimated delivery time is 4 to 6 weeks from Miami to any of our destinations in Venezuela. This window includes receiving, consolidation, ocean transit and distribution at destination. Times may vary depending on the customs conditions in effect in Venezuela.

Yes. If you're in or around Miami, you can bring your cargo directly to our office. If you're in another U.S. city, you have two options: use our mailbox service (your free Miami address) or contact an authorized agent in your city, who can also arrange home pickup service.
Venezuelan customs have specific restrictions. Items not permitted include: weapons and ammunition, flammable substances, drugs and narcotics, pornographic material, cash, perishable foods and loose lithium batteries. We recommend reviewing the full list before packing to avoid setbacks.
Once your cargo is received, you'll get a tracking number that you can enter in our tracker at any time. In addition, TEALCA automatically notifies you via WhatsApp and SMS at each stage of the process: receiving, consolidation, departure and delivery.
The greater of the actual weight and the volumetric weight is charged. Volumetric weight is calculated as: length × width × height (cm) ÷ 5000. For example, a 60×50×40 cm box has a volumetric weight of 24 kg. If it weighs less than that on the scale, the volumetric weight is charged. That's why it's important to include dimensions when getting a quote.
Ocean shipping is ideal for large volumes, moves and heavy items — it's more economical and has no weight limit, although it takes 4–6 weeks. Air shipping is for urgent or smaller shipments, with delivery in 7–15 business days but at a higher rate. If you have appliances, furniture or many boxes, ocean shipping will always be the best option on cost.
