After completing the design process, the customer is referred to a sales advisor to finalize the purchase. Communication can be done by email or phone.
How much does a kitchen cost at IKEA?
According to one of our customer's experience, there's a wide variety of kitchen proposals and providers in Venezuela. However, after reviewing options and budgets, she realized that, including shipping, the IKEA kitchen was much more affordable than the options available in Venezuela.
A kitchen of roughly 12m2 quoted in Caracas at $25,000 ended up costing the customer approximately $10,000 at IKEA including Tealca shipping and installation.
What happens if pieces of my kitchen are missing or arrive damaged at Tealca's Miami warehouse?
Once the pieces are received at Tealca's warehouse in Miami (7490 NW 54TH street, Miami, FL.), we offer a merchandise review and verification service, where we make sure all the dispatched pieces are in perfect condition and none are missing (this service has an additional cost).
What are the steps to buy my kitchen and receive it in Venezuela?

Design your kitchen using the design tool or by booking an online appointment.
Once your purchase is complete, add the following details to the shipping information:
- First and Last Name: Your name. Example: John Smith

- City: Miami
- State: Florida (FL)
- Phone: 786 650 1554 (They will never call you)

When your IKEA kitchen shipment is being processed, pre-alert your purchases in our system. When your mailbox account was confirmed, you should have received an email with your username and password.
Once received at our warehouse, you can request the order review service (additional cost), where we make sure all the kitchen pieces were dispatched, and if not, the customer is notified to file a claim with IKEA. For this review, IKEA gives you two days after receiving the pieces to send or replace missing or broken parts.
Then you can submit your repacking or quote request by emailing customerservice@tealca.us, also including the recipient's details in Venezuela and repacking conditions.
Once your request is processed, you'll receive a quote for both methods (air or sea) to complete payment through Zelle, PayPal or an international card, and that's it! Your kitchen will be shipped to your home address or to the TEALCA location of your choice in Venezuela.
What's the delivery time for my IKEA kitchen in the United States?
The estimated delivery time in the United States is set with IKEA's customer service and is established directly with them after completing the design and purchase process.
Based on our customers' experience, payment and dispatch can happen in two parts; the first once the percentage of furniture available at the location where the kitchen is being designed has been paid, and the rest once the remaining pieces available at other locations have been reconciled.

Delivery time is approximately 7 to 15 days (by air) or 4 to 6 weeks (by sea). However, these timeframes may move earlier or later depending on the shipping process.
