Tealca Worldwide Courier INC complies with all applicable international and local regulations on the transport of merchandise. The following items CANNOT be shipped under any circumstances.
1. Weapons and Ammunition
Firearms, replicas, weapon parts, ammunition, gunpowder, explosives, detonators and any item classified as a bladed or self-defense weapon.
2. Drugs and Controlled Substances
Illegal drugs, narcotics, psychotropic substances and prescription medications without valid prescription. Prescription drugs require official medical documentation.
3. Hazardous Materials and Chemicals
Flammable, corrosive, toxic, radioactive products, pressurized aerosols, compressed gases, fuels and any substance classified as dangerous goods by IATA or IMO.
4. Loose Lithium Batteries
Loose lithium batteries (not installed in a device) are prohibited under international air regulations. Devices with integrated batteries must be declared at the time of shipment.
5. Perishable Products
Fresh foods, meats, dairy, fruits, vegetables, fresh flowers and any product requiring refrigeration. Processed and packaged foods may be accepted subject to customs restrictions.
6. Cash and Valuables
Cash in any currency, bearer checks, credit cards, bonds, shares and negotiable documents. TEALCA assumes no liability for shipments containing these items.
7. Counterfeit Goods and Piracy
Counterfeit products, unauthorized replicas, pirated software, unlicensed copyrighted media and any merchandise infringing intellectual property rights.
8. Pornographic and Obscene Material
Pornographic material of any kind, especially that involving minors or content that may be considered offensive under the laws of the destination country.
9. Protected Species
Live animals, animal parts, protected plants, ivory, products derived from endangered species under the CITES convention.
10. Specific Restrictions
Additionally, specific USPS, FDA and CBP restrictions on agricultural items, medicines and cosmetics apply. The customer is responsible for verifying the legality of their shipments. Tealca Worldwide Courier INC reserves the right to refuse any package deemed suspicious or illegal, without obligation to refund.
