You have two options: if you're in Miami, you can bring your box directly to our office at 7490 NW 54th St. If you shop at online stores, use your TEALCA locker (free Miami address) as the shipping address and we dispatch to Colombia. To get a quote, contact us on WhatsApp or email customerservice@tealca.us.
No. Medicines and vitamins cannot be included in shipments to Colombia, as they are subject to special health permits issued by the Colombian authorities. Including them without the corresponding permits may result in the package being held or in penalties for the sender.
Colombian customs allows a maximum of 6 units of the same nature per box. If you include more, the package may be held or subject to commercial taxation. If you need to ship a larger quantity, contact us to explore commercial shipping alternatives.
The declared value is subject to review and correction by the Colombian customs authority. If there is a dispute over value, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference in taxes. Any civil or criminal penalty for withholding information or misdeclaring the contents will be borne by the sender and/or recipient.

If you shopped at several stores and multiple boxes arrived, repacking consolidates everything into a single optimized box, reducing volumetric weight and the cost of international freight. Yes. Once your package is dispatched, you can track it in our online tracking system by entering the waybill number. You'll also receive email notifications at each stage of the process.
