Create your account with your email address.

Once payment is successful, pre-alert your purchases in our system. When your mailbox account was confirmed, you should have received an email with your username and password.
Once we've received your purchase at the warehouse, you must submit your repacking or quote request by emailing customerservice@tealca.us, also including the recipient's details and repacking conditions.
Once your request is processed, you'll receive a quote for both methods (air or sea) to complete payment. That's it!
